The annual dues for 2024 are $325, please make your payment payable to

Davenport HOA and mail to 413 N. Durham Ave (PO Box 635), Creedmoor, NC 27522.

Please pay by January 31, 2024 to avoid late fees. 

  After January 31 late fees will apply and this fee will increase.
